The position of Treasurer has been vacant since around mid-2020.
After no member volunteered for the role of our Treasurer, the Board of Directors decided to continue working with an independent contractor as our bookkeeper, Directax.
Directax is a locally owned business, operated by Rudy & Graciela Robles.
Directax will be collecting dues for our HOA.
If anyone still owes dues for previous years, please send payment to Directax as soon as possible and add $10.00 as the late fee. If you are unsure about your balance, please feel free to request that information by email from Graciela Robles at
Please make payments to Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, and mail to Directax.

Directax may also be charged with preparation and placing of liens on properties of members who have been delinquent for unreasonable amounts of time.
In the alternative, a committee may work on collections, preparing & placing liens, and possibly taking other action to collect past dues.
Liens will be released on properties after dues and fees are paid in full.
Directax will also be responsible for:
Filing the annual and supplemental reports with the NM Secretary of State's office.
Updating the records at the Santa Fe County Clerk's office as needed.
Preparing and filing annual US Internal Revenue Service and State of New Mexico income taxes.
Continuously update membership contact information.
