Fireworks STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Notice Date: June 15th, 2026
Fireworks are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the HOA common areas including the Green Belt and sidewalk areas bordering Paseo de las Pueblos.
Extremely dry conditions are present, especially in the common green areas. No fireworks or other flammable fire sources are allowed. Protect our neighborhood and our neighbors this July 4th.
Signage will be posted around the common areas. Please report any violators to the Directors or call 505.479.7611.
Public Sewer Line Work
Notice Date: April 4th, 2026
The City of Santa Fe has contracted with A.A.C. Construction to repair the public sewer line at Paseo de Los Pueblos and Avenida de San Marcos.
The work will begin on Monday, April 6th and last about 2 weeks. There will be signs and detours posted. The work should not disrupt any individual homeowner sewer lines.

Spring Green Belt Cleanup
Notice Date: March 1st, 2026
The spring green belt cleanup of the common areas near Rodeo Road is scheduled for Saturday, April 18th at 9:00am MST.
Volunteers appreciated. We rely on volunteers from the neighbor for this bi-annual event to keep our green spaces clean and beautiful.
All ages welcomed. Cleaning supplies provided but bring your own water. Sunscreen, hats, long pants, and closed-toe shoes recommended.
