Common Area Maintenance
Our Association hires a contract landscaping business to maintain our common areas. Any input regarding these services should be directed to our Association email address pdrroa87507@gmail.com.
Our contractor is working with our Association to maintain landscaped common areas of our subdivision. Directors determine additional areas or sites that need weed removal, tree pruning, or other landscape work in accordance with the annual budget.
We ask that homeowners refrain from interfering with the workers, and treat them with courtesy and respect while they are working.
Please do not ask the workers to provide any services on private property while they are working for the Association. Our landscape contractor may take on private homeowner customers if they have scheduling opportunities separate from work with Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association.
Members who wish to contact our contractor for private jobs may request contact information by emailing us at pdrroa87507@gmail.com.
