Michael Stachemann

Director & President of the HOA

Mr. Stachemann is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, Inc. as of year 2026.

Currently, he also serves as the President of the HOA.

He has lived in the neighborhood for 18 years, serving on the HOA Board several times in multiple roles. Michael is involved in many volunteer activities in Santa Fe.

Roger Brumley

Director

Mr. Brumley is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, Inc. as of year 2026.

He has lived in the neighborhood for 40 years and owns three properties here. He has extensive experience with boards through his career with state and federal governments and through his involvement with the Unitarian/Universalist Congregation of Santa Fe.

Josh Luedicke

Director

Mr. Luedicke is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, Inc. as of year 2026.

He has lived in the neighbor for 4 years with his wife and four children. He has worked in business technology for nearly 20 years and founded a software studio start-up business in 2019.
