The affairs of the Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors composed of three (3) persons. The number of directors may be increased or decreased by amendment of the Declaration and these Bylaws; provided, however, that the number of directors shall not be reduced to less than three (3).

The BoD wishes to remind both owners and tenants that it is the individual owner's and/or tenant's responsibility to remove snow and ice from the sidewalks in front of their property. If roads need to be plowed, please contact the City's Constituent Services Department to be added to the queue.
