CAC Formation & Mission
The Directors of the Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association establishes a group of homeowners called the Common Area Committee (CAC) to assist in managing the Pueblo de Rodeo Road common areas.
“The Mission of the Common Area Committee is to seek solutions and make recommendations on issues affecting HOA common areas (maintained and natural), emphasizing safety, maintenance, and appearance of the common areas”
The CAC will follow the 1978 Declaration of Covenants, 1988 Bylaws, and policies of the current Directorate. We expect the committee to consist of 4-7 homeowners, at least one of which should be a Director. The Director member will be a voting member of the committee, if votes are utilized. The committee will be led and facilitated by a chairperson, who will not be the Director member. The chairperson will be selected annually by the committee members at the first CAC meeting after the PdRRdOA Annual Meeting. The committee will determine its own membership, schedule, notetaking, agenda, and other matters as needed. The CAC will make recommendations and suggestions to the Directors on actions related to the above Mission, and/or that have significant effects on the Common Areas and PdRRd homeowners. Members of the Committee are covered by the Farmers Insurance liability coverage, form E9122 Section C, 2.
This statement of formation and mission was officially signed and executed by the Authorizing Directors on April 08, 2026.
Madeline Pryor
Committee Member
Ms. Pryor serves as member of the Common Areas committee, which she joined after moving to the neighborhood in 2017. She chose her home here to be near the Santa Fe Master Gardener activities, SF Community College, and the Santa Fe Bridge Club.
She enjoys nature--gardening, walking in our beautiful open spaces--cooking, traveling, opera, struggling to learn Spanish, and Thunder basketball.
Her “Okie” farm girl roots, plus a lengthy varied nursing career, have fueled her current interest in healthy soil, healthy aging, and healthy community.

Roger Brumley
Director & Committee Member
Mr. Brumley is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, Inc. as of year 2026.
He has lived in the neighborhood for 40 years and owns three properties here. He has extensive experience with boards through his career with state and federal governments and through his involvement with the Unitarian/Universalist Congregation of Santa Fe.

Iris Self
Committee Member
Ms. Self moved to Santa Fe and Pueblos de Rodeo Road in 2004. She has enjoyed witnessing the neighborhood plants and trees flourishing over the years. Half of her professional career, before retirement, was in education as a teacher, principal, and an educational therapist. The other half was in sales and management.
Today her time is spent walking, cooking, reading, book club, and yoga classes. Also, she enjoys spending time with friends and neighbors.
Bob Lineback
Committee Member
Mr. Lineback has called PdRRd home since 2002. Bob worked 48 years in western National Parks as a ranger, wilderness manager, and wildland firefighter — which means he has seen more trailheads and fire camps than most people see coffee shops. Now retired, he travels, hikes, swims, kayaks, plays with his daughters and granddaughters, and volunteers on the Santa Fe Habitat construction crew. He’s especially passionate about land, resource management, and conservation.
