About Us
The Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association, Inc., is a New Mexico non-profit corporation incorporated in 1987 with the intent to maintain the common area of the Pueblos de Rodeo Road Subdivision.
All of the officers and Directors serve on a volunteer basis. There are no paid employees of the Association, although the Association is entitled to hire independent contractors.
Disclosure Certificates
If you are selling your property, remind your Realtor or title company to request a disclosure certificate from us at pdrroa87507@gmail.com. In accordance with Chapter 47, Article 16 NMSA 1978, which may be cited as the Homeowner Association Act" and within ten business days of the request, we will provide a signed, completed disclosure certificate. There are Resale fees which will be charged to the Buyer at closing.
The main HOA (Pueblos de Rodeo Road, is comprised of all properties on the following streets: Avenida Alamosa; Calle de Molina; Caminito San Lucas; Camino de los Caballos; Camino Esquinas; La Avenida de San Marcos; Paseo de los Pueblos; Vereda Alta; Vereda Baja; Vereda Oriente; and, Vereda Poniente.
There are smaller HOAs which have their own disclosure certificate:
(1) Pueblo San Marcos - 3201 - 3250 Caminito San Lucas
(2) Las Quintas - 3212 - 3234 ½ La Avenida de San Marcos (only the even numbers)
(3) Pueblos de San Juan - 3238 - 3268 La Avenida de San Marcos (only the even
numbers)
(4) Villa de Paz - 2838 Paseo de los Pueblos, #1-#32
Common Area Maintenance
Our Association has hired contract landscaping businesses to maintain our common areas. Any input regarding these services should be directed to our Association's email address, pdrroa87507@gmail.com
Our contractors are working with our Association to keep our subdivision looking well-maintained. Directors are working to discuss additional areas or sites that need cutting down and treating roots of large weeds by the bus stop on the eastern side. We must ask that Owners refrain from interfering with the workers, and treat them with courtesy and respect while they our working in our subdivision.
In addition, please do not ask the workers to provide any services on private property while they are working for the Association. Some of our contract workers have offered to take on private property maintenance jobs separate from work with Pueblos de Rodeo Road Owners Association. Members who wish to contact these businesses for private jobs may request contact information by emailing us.
